We've Been Building and Renovating Spacings for 17 years,
Established September 28, 2021, Suburban Contracting brings 17 years of hands-on construction expertise to the Medford area and Rogue Valley. From granite countertops and property management turnovers to full remodels, we've built a reputation for delivering top-notch work that stands the test of time—right here in Southern Oregon.
I started in construction at 18, spent 6 years mastering granite countertops, then joined a property management company handling landscaping, fencing, rent-ready prep, door/window replacements, painting, and appliance fixes for 5 years. With 17 years in the industry, my wife and I launched Suburban Contracting in 2021 to offer honest, high-quality handyman help, household repairs, and full/basic remodels directly to our community in Medford and the Rogue Valley.
